| Short Info: | The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has announced the exam schedule for the UPTET 2026. Candidates who wish to appear in the exam can submit their online applications between 27 March 2026 and 26 April 2026. | Examination Fee Details
Pay the Examination Fee through SBI I Collect using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking. Alternatively, pay via SBI E-Challan and submit the fee at any SBI branch. |
Eligibility Criteria
UPTET 2021 Eligibility
Levels: Primary (Class I to V) & Junior (Class VI to VIII)
Languages Available: Hindi, English, Urdu, Sanskrit
UPTET Primary Level Eligibility
- Bachelor Degree in any stream with Passed / Appearing DELED (Final Year)
- Bachelor Degree with 50% marks OR Master Degree with B.Ed (Passed / Appearing)
- Bachelor Degree with 45% marks OR Master Degree with B.Ed (As per NCTE norms)
- 10+2 Intermediate with 50% marks and 4-Year B.El.Ed course

UPTET Junior Level Eligibility
- Bachelor / Master Degree with 50% marks and B.Ed / B.Ed Special (Passed / Appearing)
- Bachelor / Master Degree with 2-Year BTC Training
- 10+2 with 50% marks and 4-Year B.El.Ed course
- 10+2 with 50% marks and B.Sc Ed course
- Bachelor Degree with 45% marks OR Master Degree with B.Ed (As per NCTE norms)
